Project Administrator Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our clients Projects Division and provide essential support in the successful delivery of outside contracts.

Role Overview

As a Project Administrator, you will assist the Project Executive in overseeing electrical project works, lightning protection, and earthing systems across various sites. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive in supervising electrical and lightning protection/earthing works.
• Prepare offers, quotations, and costings.
• Manage and follow up on purchase orders with clients and suppliers.
• Schedule and coordinate works across multiple project sites.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
• Attend site and management meetings, preparing reports as required.
• Assist on-site when needed, including testing and measuring installations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and contribute to smooth operations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Valid Maltese driving license.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical installations, and earthing systems will be considered an asset.
• Must present a clean police conduct.
• A team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
