Property Manager – Real Estate Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

A well-established Maltese group with a diverse portfolio in property development and management, offering a range of commercial and residential spaces across Malta.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic real estate portfolio. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and contributing to strategic property development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships.
• Lease Management: Administer lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage property budgets, including rent collections, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
• Strategic Development: Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement property enhancements and developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Maltese property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
