Waiters Full & Part Time Contract by Outreach Recruitment Only residing in Malta

Outreach Recruitment Agency is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Preferably located near Ta Qali and the surrounding areas.
• Full-time candidates: Only candidates with a valid Skills Pass will be considered.
• Part-time (student) candidates: Only candidates holding a TRC and with more than 6 months remaining in their course will be taken into consideration.
• Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
