Software Developer – Hybrid Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

You will work alongside developers, designers, and business stakeholders on a range of innovative projects that support their digital transformation strategy spanning onsite .NET applications, cloud-based services, and low-code platforms such as Salesforce.

The Role

As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and product owners in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric features across multiple platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Developing user stories using platforms and tools like Salesforce and .NET.
• Applying test-driven development (TDD) principles to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine, test, and validate new features.
• Supporting technical staff with knowledge transfer to assist with first-line support.

Requirements
