Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ingredient sourcing and cost control to ensure high standards and efficiency.
• Train, lead, and inspire the pastry team to uphold the concepts vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in leading pastry boutiques, luxury cafés, or fine dining.
• Strong expertise in European pastry techniques and trends.
• Creativity in recipe development, flavor pairing, and visual presentation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to build and train a team.
• Culinary or pastry degree/certification is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
