Job Opening: General Attendant

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Attendant to join our hospitality team at a modern boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, helping to ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Care:

• Clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Sanitize bathrooms and promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.

Public Area Upkeep:

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Keep all areas well-presented and stocked with necessary supplies.

Guest Assistance:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns.

Team Support:

• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Friendly, respectful attitude and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
