Our client’s team is growing and we’re currently looking to recruit Customer Care Associates.
If you’re interested in customer care and would like to work within a dynamic team and a family-friendly environment, then this is ideal for you. Whilst customer experience helps, we provide full on-the-job training, and your expertise will eventually be needed for a career in the insurance industry. Training sponsorships are also offered to work towards getting certified if that is what you’d like.
About You
- You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and an ability to relate well to people.
- Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing and who is able to work under pressure.
Job Requirements
- An advanced level of education
- IT proficiency
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries
- Experience in a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset
