Outreach Recruitment Agency is recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Estimator (M&E) for a growing technical organisation based in Malta. This senior leadership role offers a significant opportunity to lead tender submissions for major mechanical and electrical projects and drive business growth.

About the Role

Our client is an established organisation in the M&E construction and technical services sector, seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Estimator to head their tendering team. The successful candidate will bring proven M&E estimating expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex tenders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the tender team in preparing competitive M&E tender submissions
• Review technical documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates
• Prepare method statements and tender programmes
• Manage and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Deliver and present tender submissions to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Attend management meetings and represent the company at international site visits as required

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Proven experience in M&E estimating at a senior level
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
• Solid leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or Maltese is advantageous
