Sales & Customer Representative Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Representative to join their Insurance Support team in Malta. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide RFQs, conclude sales when applicable, and offer product and claim information for insurance-related queries.

While experience or qualifications in insurance are considered an asset, full on-the-job training is provided, supported by a buddy system to ensure an ideal learning environment without compromising the service level provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line customer support for insurance inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently, in line with company standards.
• Work closely with other internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Issue and send client documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of secondary level education.
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have an outgoing, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong telephone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in insurance, contact center, or customer care roles is considered an asset.
