Marketing Associate – Hybrid Full Time Contract by Employer Only residing in Malta

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Associate to support the daily operations of the Marketing Department while actively contributing to the team’s campaigns and activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth marketing operations and driving forward a wide range of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general administrative duties, including reporting, procurement, record-keeping, and basic design tasks.
• Contribute to digital marketing efforts, such as social media content creation and scheduling, online advertising, and website updates.
• Assist with PR initiatives, including the coordination of events and collaborations with NGOs and partner entities.
• Coordinate signage, printing, marketing materials, and merchandise across Atlas branches, offices, and other locations.
• Manage bookings for advertising media (TV, Radio, Billboards, Print, etc.) and organize the media calendar.
• Support the team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

About You

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and confidence when liaising with suppliers and third parties.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in an office-based role.
• Proficiency in Excel and similar software.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an asset, but not mandatory.
