Job Opening: Food and Beverage Attendant

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Food and Beverage Server to join our team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Process bills and handle payments using POS systems
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in customer-facing hospitality roles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good command of English (B1-B2 level minimum); other languages are an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Presentable appearance and strong work ethic
• Basic knowledge of food safety and service standards
